Default Option: Update your Engineering Design slideshow with stronger sentences.
Custom Options Students can do for Subwork:
#1 Make your full first name in Sketchup. 5" tall, 3" wide, 1.5" thick. Save as "Name".
#2 Design the side view of a 2029 Super Concept Vehicle. Start by Drawing the proper size box using inches and match up to your chosen vehicle's Height, Length, and Wheelbase in inches. Save as 2027SCV and take 1 screen shot and upload to your Weebly slideshow. For best results have nothing else open on your chromebook. Use Linetool, Arctool and Circle tool. Use trim tool or erase lines as needed. It takes practice to make progress. Save as 2027SCV and take a screen shots showing your progress.
# 3 Start or continue Designing your Halloween Mask using the Line, Arc, or Circle tools. Save as "Mask".

Think about the goal and then simply Google Sketchup a few ideas of a super umbrella inspired by nature that you think be an awesome new design. Also think about failures existing umbrellas have in high winds and let that failure help guide your own idea for a new design. This is a thinking and drawing project. After a few draft sketches are done, take a pic of your best one and then add the best pic to your Weebly Slideshow with a short description explaining your design and what in nature inspired it.
